Absolutely. Upload your logos, rider name, race number and sponsor artwork in the builder. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) give the sharpest result, but we can redraw raster logos where needed.

Yes. Use the "Start From Design" or "Upload My Design" path and attach your reference photos or sketches. Our designers recreate the concept as a production-ready layout for your leathers.

Yes, but not through a colour picker. You describe the colours or send references, and our design team matches them to real leather and sublimation stock, then shows you an accurate proof. This avoids the mismatch between screen colours and finished leather.

Yes. Choose made-to-measure in the builder and complete the guided measurement sheet in centimetres. There is no extra charge for custom sizing.

Yes. We build airbag-ready suits with the additional room and internal construction required by the major airbag systems. Tell us your system in the build notes so we cut the pattern accordingly.

Compare your body measurements against our size chart and pick the closest standard size. If you sit between two sizes, or ride in a specific tuck position, made-to-measure is the safer choice.

Then select made-to-measure. The suit is cut from your own 24 measurements, so length, chest, waist and leg proportions are handled independently.

Directly in the builder. The measurement step walks you through every value in centimetres with a short hint for each one, and your entries are saved with your Build ID.

Our production team reviews every measurement sheet for consistency and contacts you if something looks off. Once production has started on approved measurements, alterations are chargeable, so please double-check before approving.

Premium 1.2-1.4 mm full-grain cowhide as standard, with kangaroo leather available on request for a lighter, higher tear-strength build.

CE-certified Level 1 armour at the shoulders, elbows, hips and knees is included as standard, along with reinforced impact zones and external sliders where the product calls for them.

Yes. All internal protectors sit in dedicated pockets and can be removed for cleaning or replaced with your preferred inserts.

Triple-stitched safety seams with heavy-duty bonded nylon thread on all main structural panels, plus stretch accordion panels at the flex points.

Yes, a set of matching knee sliders is supplied with every one-piece and two-piece race suit. Titanium sliders are available as an upgrade.

Yes. Level 2 protection is a selectable upgrade in the builder, and back or chest protector pockets can be specified in your build notes.

Typical production is 3-5 weeks for custom suits and 2-4 weeks for jackets, pants, gloves and boots, measured from design approval.

Production starts once payment is complete and you have approved the final design proof and measurements.

Yes. You always receive a digital proof of your layout and colours, and nothing is cut until you approve it.

Small changes may be possible in the first 24 hours after approval. After materials are cut, changes are no longer possible because each garment is made only for you.

Yes, we ship to riders and teams worldwide.

Express delivery is usually 3-7 business days after production is complete, depending on your destination.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Import duties and local taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the receiver, as they vary by country.

We ship with DHL, FedEx and UPS, and select the fastest reliable option for your destination.

Custom and made-to-measure products are produced only for you, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. Manufacturing faults are always covered.

Contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery. Confirmed manufacturing defects are repaired or remade at no cost to you.

Send us photos wearing the suit plus your re-taken measurements. If the garment deviates from your approved measurement sheet, we correct it free of charge; otherwise we quote a fair alteration cost.

Yes. Unworn standard-size products in original condition can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal through secure Shopify checkout. Team orders can also be paid by bank transfer against a quotation.

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify over encrypted connections and we never see or store your card details.
