How custom gear is made

There is no colour picker here on purpose. Real leathers are designed by people, on the actual pattern, so what you approve is what you receive.

1. 01

   Idea

   Tell us what you want. Upload your own artwork, send reference photos, or simply describe the look — colours, sponsors, rider name and number.

2. 02

   Design

   Our design team builds a professional layout on the real garment pattern, so panels, seams and logo placement line up on the finished leathers.

3. 03

   Approval

   You review a digital proof and your measurement sheet. Nothing is cut until you confirm both, and revisions at this stage are free.

4. 04

   Production

   Your gear is cut, stitched and assembled to your measurements, quality checked, then shipped worldwide with tracking.
